Whether you’re building a custom product, experiencing a website issue, or have a question about shipping, we’ve got you covered. Below are some of the enquiries we receive, along with straightforward solutions to get you back on track quickly.

Trouble with a Custom Build Product

If you’re having difficulty with a Custom Build item, our sales and rigging team are on hand to help you choose the right options and can even process your order over the phone.

You can also refer to the Custom Build Instructions Video Tutorial in the Knowledge Centre, which explains the full build process, including measuring and finishing.

A small number of customers occasionally experience issues when adding completed custom products to the basket. If this happens, try switching to a different browser or device (PC, laptop, Mac, tablet).

Website Errors

If something on our website has caused frustration while placing your order, we sincerely apologise. Our Sales team is always ready to help if you encounter a problem.

Contact forms and emails are monitored outside office hours for urgent enquiries.

Shipping Issues

No Carriers Available / Shipping Price Looks Incorrect

Some products aren’t automatically available for certain destinations due to weight, size, or hazardous content.
Occasionally, the shipping price generator may also glitch.

If this occurs, please use the “Quote Required” option at checkout, or request a shipping quote by phone or email.

Adding Items to an Existing Order

We’re happy to add items to your order as long as your package hasn’t already been dispatched.

You can:

  • Call our sales team on 01297 20744 as soon as possible, or

  • Place a second order and select “Addition to Current Order” at checkout (as long as it doesn’t materially affect shipping costs)

If unsure, select the same shipping option as your original order. We will combine the orders and apply any appropriate refund to your second order.
